The process begins with a detailed phone call. We walk through your vision, the scope of work, and rough pricing — so you know exactly where you stand before anyone visits your home. No pressure, no obligation.
Once you're aligned on rough pricing and ready to move forward, we visit your home for a full site assessment. We measure your space and plan the layout so the design is built around your actual basement — not a guess.
We create your custom floor plan and handle the full permit application on your behalf. Every project is built to Ontario Building Code — inspections passed, paperwork handled, zero stress on your end.
Licensed and certified subcontractors handle all rough-in trades — plumbing and electrical. Our skilled in-house crew takes care of every element of the finish: flooring, tiling, painting, trim, and more. Then we walk through it together.
We hold ourselves accountable — the same way we'd want any contractor working on our own home to be held accountable. If your project comes in late or over the agreed budget for any reason within our control, we write you a cheque for $4,000. No fine print. No excuses.
Floor plans, layout planning, and finish selection are included with every project — no extra charge.
All labor and craftsmanship is covered for 3 full years. If something isn't right, we come back and fix it.
